it is just a watery toner, for the price it is quite steep. didn't notice improvement so might go to something else.

Toners are not my usually a step in my routine but I’ve found I’ve saved it in my wish list to buy for next time. Price point is the same with the other products in this line, on the expensive side.Not bad

GWP. I'm not sure what this is, as I can't read Korean, but I'm guessing its a toner? It really does work! I was rather horrified at the cotton pad contents! So I'm pretty happy with it, I use it as a cleanser with a cotton ball. Lose a star for the cost.Refreshing

I love this toner, as I have really dry skin. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or parched feeling after using. It's amazing how much more "dirt" comes off after cleaning your skin in using this product. I really love it.
