i HAVE BEEN USING THIS TONER AS PAST OF THE THREE STEP ROUTINE WITH CLINIQUE. IT IS AN AN EXCELLENT TONER IN SO MUCH AS IT COMPLETELY CLEANS EXCESS MAKE UP FROM YOUR SKIN LEAVING MY SKIN REFRESHED AND PREPARED FOR SERUMS ETC...dried out my skin
Completely dried out my skin and it also doesn't smell that nice.Too strong
For my sensitive skin this product was way too strong. No matter how little I used it was just too stingy and if anything dried my face out.Worked well with my skin

I have oily skin, but I prefer the Clarifying Lotion 2 even though it is meant for dry combo. I find it less drying than the Clarifying Lotion 3 since I notice my skin doesn’t feel as tight afterward. I like to use this in the evening and notice that it helps control my oily skin while I sleep.Not for me

A nice gentle clarifying lotion that does its job to remove dead skin and any build up of grime or dirt. It does smell very alcoholic but my skin does not react to it.Good

Tried the 3 step routine from Clinique and this is the only product I repurchased and plan to continue repurchasing. I have dry skin and it doesn’t dry it out further. Gets rid of small bumps on my nose and chin.not irritating
I tried the anti blemish, then then number 3 and now the 2. it is a lot better - I get a bit red after using it but it subsides quickly and theres no stinging or burning feeling like the others.bit harsh

doesn't work for me. Too much alcohol in this. Over prolonged use, it leaves my skin dried and ramps up the oil production, which in turn increases breakouts.Tightens my pores!

Gives my face a good clean feeling after cleansing and leaves it smooth for next products in my routine. I don't notice any particular benefit from using this compared to cheaper alternatives. I think there are better toners at this price point with more noticeable results.great

I read a lot of reviews and saw a Clinique consultant at Myer before purchasing this one, all very positive and people seem to love it. I personally found it so drying and harsh, it stung my skin, leaving me very red. It was recommended to help with pigmentation (melasma) I got from pregnancy and I found it actually made it worse! Bought the bigger size after trying and loving this product. I would recommend using a very moisturising cream after this because it can be drying but i would recommend to prevent and reduce acne

I wouldn't use this if I lived in a cool climate as it would be too stripping, but living in 90% humidity this is perfect for making sure I'm clean, and prepping my skin for a light serum in the morning and evening.LOVE

Recently rediscovered it and don't know why I stopped using this.
It clears up any blemish and acne. I even use this on my arms and chest to clear up milk acne. Works like magic.

I have combination skin, my forehead can get particularly oil and I break out. This is the only product that has worked and got rid of my acne. Im aware that some people may be sensitive to the alcohol content but I have had no issues.Good

I won’t be repurchasing. Very harsh and drying. Worsened my pigmentation. I also mistook it for a mouth wash bottle one day which I wouldn’t recommend!!!!Far too drying for me

I love this product. Mother in law suggested it when my break out were out of control. She was using it herself and boy was she right. I cannot go a day without it. I keeps my skin clear every day. It has helped improve my breakouts and made my daily skin routine more worthwhile.
