First time trying a paste and I'm not a fan, I just find the texture odd. My boyfriend doesn't mind it, he says it's good for styling

I love this product. I switch between this and the green Forming Cream one. This one really holds my hair in place well. No shine either so it looks really natural. I just use a dime size amount in my palm, rub it around in my hands and then rub it through my hair and form it the way I want. I usually just push it over to the side and call it good.Great daily go-to

This paste is nice. It's thick and has a nice light smell. Not too overwhelming. However this is definitely intended more for short or THIN hair. It's not made to hold any type of thick hair. I could use it on my 2 year olds thin hair but it won't hold my 10 year old or 13 year olds hair.American Crew Classic Defining Paste
