I needed something for my fine frizzy hair. This smooths my hair and if I do blowdry and straighten it helps keep the style much longer.
I only shampoo twice a week and therefore the product lasts a long time as I only use it after washing my hair.
Mt hair is softer and I really notice the dryness if I forget to use it.
