How do I use Medik8 CSA Philosophy Discovery Kit for Men?

CSA - C in the morning, (S)unscreen during the day and A at night. Simple! 

1. C-Tetra
After cleansing in the morning, massage 4 drops of C-Tetra across the face, neck and upper chest. Leave to absorb before applying moisturiser.

2. Advanced Day Total Protect 
After cleansing in the morning, apply Advanced Day Total Protect to face, neck and upper chest, avoiding the eye area. Use light, upward strokes and allow to absorb.

3. Retinol 3TR Intense
After cleansing in the evening, massage 4 drops of Retinol 3TR Intense across the face, neck and upper chest. Retinol application should be phased in gradually. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night.
