I chose the fine lines and wrinkles cartridge (purple) and didn't notice any difference to my skin. Plus the base I was using (clear hydrating jelly) didn't give my skin enough moistureNo extra step needed
After using the dramatically different moisturiser for years, using the Clinique ID yourself too help identify problems I was able too select the right cartridge. Found that I needed the fatigue cartridge and just by adding this to the moisturiser it really did wonders for my skins appearance. Simple and efficientThis surprised me

I've been using the Uneven Skin Tone Cartridge with the Moisturising Gel for 10 months. It has slowly helped brighten and even out my skin tone, but don't expect anything drastic as this product is mostly a moisturiser with a boost, not a serum.Wonderful
I bought this to use on patches of itchy, dry and red skin on my neck and décolletage. Used with the hydrating lotion base, I have found that this resolved this skin issue entirely and reduced sensitivity.. It is non-irritating, and honestly a life saver! Very impressed.Soothing and hydrating
I used the irritation cartridge with the dramatically different hydrating jelly and it made a lovely serum combination. Very soothing and hydrating. I don't like that it include dyes, as I don't need an irritation serum to be green or a fatigue serum to be orange. I got the oil control gel. It’s okay but not amazing. It doesn’t really make me skin less oily. On the other hand, this moisturizer is great for sensitive skin. It doesn’t cause any irritation. I liked that this product was fragrance-free, but found it didn't do a great job with my dehydrated and dry skin.
I have tried other cheaper moisturizers which worked better with my skin.

I have only been using this product for a short time but I feel like my skin looks plumper and firmer. I am using the cartridge with jelly option which my skin responds well to normally anyway but I can definitely detect an extra boost with the iD cartridge.Plumper/Firmer Skin
In regards to a moisturiser- I love something rich and that I can feel on my skin. I have been using this moisturiser as my hydrating serum (plus a rich moisturiser on top!) and since using this as my serum my skin is a lot plumper and hydrated! I have the oil-control gel one and it’s been really good so far. Only need the tiniest bit like 1 and a half pump which is just a tiny bit and it really goes a long way. This was very expensive and I wanted to love it so bad. I got the moisterizing jelly with the orange insert and it doesn't feel particularly moisterizing. Leaves skin feeling a little tacky too rather than sinking in. The jelly smells weird by itself. As a moisturizer, yes, it does hydrate the skin all day. As a solution to skin fatigue, umm..... it's probably just a whole heap of steaming hype. That word fatigue can be used to interpret literally anything. I am happy that the moisturizer is truly fragrance free !Clinique

I got this with the hydrating jelly and it is fantastic! I've been using this for about a month now, and I've noticed that it has helped make my skin look more luminous and awake. I’ve just started using this and have found my skin is super hydrated. Goes on nice doesn’t stay sticky. I feel like it helps control my greasy skin. my only problem was at first it made my skin look red and splotchy. That has settled down now tho. I have the hydrating jelly version and unfortunately it's not quite hydrating enough for my very dry skin. I love the lightweight feeling of this so I usually put this on early in the morning when I'm going to the gym so as to still use it. As some one who has combination skin, this moisturiser was nice and hydrating.Pores shrink... For most of the bottle.
My pores shrank heaps from this but the blue pore stuff does not evenly dispense so in the last couple of centimetres in the bottle there is no blue pore stuff coming out of the bottle and my pore became big again. That really annoys me. The bottle looks cool and I like the idea but the execution could be better.Uneven distribution
They didn't mix together at all, and never came out 50/50. In fact, I felt like the first half of the bottle pumped out as 90% blue and 10% moisturiser, and then the second half of the bottle was opposite. Feel like there wasn't really a benefit of having the Clinique ID. Next time I should just get the original hydrating jelly.Love this!

I usually love Clinique products but the new BB gel ID was a big fail. I understand how the concept would be attractive but it doesn't work. The BB gel does not sit well at all on my skin. It gets oily within minutes and looks patchy. Very hard to blend in and just doesn't look flattering at all. Even worse, this left my skin irritated and broken out.Great for oil control.

I purchased this with the hydrating jelly base. I absolutely love it! It’s hydrating, absorbs fast and doesn’t leave behind a greasy residue. I did notice that my pores slightly reduced over time. I started using this moisturiser 6 months ago, and immediately I felt the difference to others that I had used in the past. I used to get excited just to get home from work to wash my face an moisturise.
It feels great on the skin, keeps my skin feeling hydrated for hours and prevents the shine from oiliness which was a huge issue of mine. .Great that you get to pick what works for you!

As a devote of Clinique I was keen to try this new formulation. So glad I did. After it selling out a number of times I jumped on it when it came back in stock. My skin is sensitive with occasaional flare ups causing redness. The concentrate is so calming. Will purchase again.
