Let’s be real, we’re most certainly not in a ‘treat yourself’ economic climate right now, but every once in a while, we all have those bougie beauty products we can’t resist spending our hard earned cash on, and these are mine.
Now, this article isn’t about me trying to convince you that you need to invest in the products below.
To be honest, this article should probably come with a warning that I’m about to talk about some expensive products in a way that will absolutely make you want to add them to your cart, but remember that electricity bill you still have to pay? And your rego is due soon...
Okay, I’ve given you ample opportunities to click away from this article so if you’re still here, you must be one of the lucky few with a fixed interest rate from 2020.
Let’s talk about these bougie products, shall we?
1. Dermalogica Phyto Nature Oxygen Cream.
First cab off the rank is Dermalogica Phyto Nature Oxygen Cream
At a RRP of $199, this moisturiser is certainly not one to buy on a whim.
It’s a lightweight cream that leaves my skin bouncy, smooth and hydrated – it’s been a long time since I loved a moisturiser this much.
The reviews are worth a read if you’re thinking of buying it.
Why it's so good:
It’s an all-rounder anti-ageing moisturiser that helps to brighten and plump the skin.
Contains antioxidants, botanical extracts and hydrators that leave the skin appearing more energised, lifted and radiant.
Has a beautiful, light botanical scent.
Why it keeps landing in my cart:
The price just can’t keep me away from this one.
If anyone’s an OG podcast listener, I love this as much as I loved Aspect’s Phytostat 9 (IYKYK).
The texture is gorgeous, my skin seems to love it, and it has this ability to leave it smooth AF (I’m still trying to figure out how it does that).
