The Ordinary Deciem is known for its treatments, serums, and acids. The brand tends to stay away from the traditional three-step cleanse, tone, moisturise skincare routine. However, Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA is a nod to traditional skincare that incorporates the same high-performance, no-frills approachof The Ordinary.

This moisturiser uses a blend of hydrating ingredients to help nourish dehydrated and dry skin for both instant and long-term hydration.

  1. Great daily moisturiser

This is a great basic moisturiser that works well for my maturing skin. A little goes at long way and this the 100 ml is great value for money. Texture is a little thick and I find it does go on a little greasy however it absorbs well into my skin leaving it feel well hydrated throughout the day. Another must have for me.
  2. Nice light moisturiser

I bought this moisturiser for my combination, hormonal acne prone skin to replace my moisturiser with SPF in it for when I’m not going into the sun. It’s a nice light texture/consistency and a little goes a long way so it’s going to last forever.
  3. Makes my skin break out

Throwing in the bin unfortunately, make my skin break out.
  4. Great for the price!

At 43 I’ve started using low dose retinoids and sometimes they still dry my skin a little so I decided to pamper my skin with a good dose of Hyaluronic Acid cream. It’s soothing and does seem to rehydrate my skin. Perhaps not the best I’ve used, but certainly well worth it for the price.
  5. Light but great moisturiser

It’s really great if you have sensitive acne prone skin because it’s not heavy on the skin and it really keeps it soft and hydrated
  6. Best gentle, everyday moisturiser

I love this moisturiser. I have dry skin with mild acne and have found this to be the perfect moisturiser to wear under my makeup and before bed. I saw results within using this moisturiser for a couple of days – my fine lines have reduced (I'm in my early twenties) and I even think it's helped with redness from pimples. I love that it doesn't have any fragrance and is quite light; it feels like my skin loves it too!

I've been applying a thick layer before bed, and when I wake up, my skin is so plump and soft. I bought the 30ml at first but loved it so much I've just purchased the 100ml (much cheaper this way too!). Would definitely recommend this to anyone with dry skin who needs a gentle everyday moisturiser.
  7. Good Moisturiser

This works quite well under makeup. I do find that without something over the top my skin does have an oily sheen to it. It does work quite well and will continue to use it in my rotation.
  8. Can feel a little heavy on the skin

This moisturiser is ok but I probably wouldn't use again. It can feel a little heavy on the skin, especially if you don't let your serum "set" before you apply. I find if I wait a minute or two it feels a lot better on the skin. It also doesn't contain a sunscreen, which means another layer on the skin for day to day use. It has no colour or odour so good for those who are a little sensitive to such things.
  9. Good basic moisturiser

This is a good moisturiser, works well if you're using other products to be a surface barrier after serums. There's nothing standout about it itself but its all you need if you want a basic moisturiser.
  10. Such great value

For this price, I cannot complain about this great basic moisturiser. Seems to work well on all skin types. I have dry cheeks and sometimes add a little oil, such as rosehip, to the moisturiser for extra hydration.
  11. Great everyday moisturiser

This moisturiser seems quite thick but is surprisingly light on application and non greasy. It's great on my skin keeping it hydrated and looking great
  12. A great final layer for the Ordinary

I have very dry, sun damaged skin with pigmentation. Loving the whole ordinary range. I use this particular product after my serums as an extra layer of moisturiser. Its been an awesome final layer before sunscreen. I have extremely dry skin so this is perfect on top of oils and helps the oils to absorb well.
  13. Just okay

I'm not convinced this moisturiser is for me. I have normal/combination skin (with slight congestion in the T-zone) and didn't find that it did an awful lot. I prefer a moisturiser that sinks in quickly and doesn't leave any grease behind.
  14. Love it

I purchased all of the ordinary products, basically just rotate their use and they all keep my skin very clear and supple and bright. I notice that overall texture and pigmentation improves and evens out. I have combo oily skin and I'm 43. My friends notice how great my skin is after using the product.
  15. Amazing - I can’t get enough!

This is my favourite TO product so far. I have combination skin and have experienced some irritation from starting with Vit C and retinol recently. NMF is like a soothing balm that takes care of any dryness/redness. It feels concentrated and I think it would be good for any skin type. I use it morning and night and love it under makeup and SPF. Will definitely be re-purchasing!
  16. Best moisturiser

I bought this ages ago as the 30mL and loved it at night or under makeup, it made everything apply so well. I then found this for only a couple dollars more and more than 3x the size of the 30mL and honestly love it. Great product and amazing value!
  17. Wouldn't Repurchase

Loving The Ordinary serum range, I purchased this moisturiser due to great reviews and its price point.
Unfortunately, it was not so great on my skin. It did not absorb well, making me feel as though I was sweating out of my face all day. My primer and makeup also did not react well over this moisturiser. Sadly I would not repurchase this product and have begun using it as a hand cream....
  18. It’s okay.

I have been so impressed with The Ordinary products and was excited to try this one. But it wasn’t as excellent as I kind of expected it would be.
It’s a light mosturiser and it does its job. Given it’s price, it might be a pretty good one for people with oily skin. But for my dry combination skin, I need a bit heavier one as a moisturiser.
  19. Very happy

I’m 53 and started using this as part of my daily regimen. I am so impressed with The Ordinary range. A high quality product and so much cheaper. I’m enjoying using this moisturizer daily. I’m noticing a definite reduction in fine lines. No white heads which I do get with some other brands of moisturizer.
  20. Love

Great moisturising product and the price is awesome
