NOT eight hours
This is a nice lip balm, but it is definitely not 8 hours. While it is moisturising I have to constantly reapply as it wears off quickly

I was after a lip balm (not gloss) with SPF that wouldn’t leave white bits on my lips (which I find spf balms often do). I thought I’d try this one. It doesn’t feel super moisturising but my lips aren’t dry so that’s fine with me. I apply before heading out in the sun. It’s definitely a balm, not a gloss. I received this in an Elizabeth Arden travel pack and since my European Summer was cancelled, I decided to use it anyway and oh boy I am so glad I did! This product is the best stuff for your lips and and I love how the balm stays on your lips for a while coupled with the SPF... only down side is that I went through it so quickly. I had been using eight hour night cream on my lips & when I got this in GWP I really looked forward to being able to put in my pocket. However, the smell is a real turnoff but will use until I finish as it does keep my lips moisturised.Packaging is lovely but the smell is unpleasant
I would give this a four if it didn't smell so strongly. I can't place the smell, maybe like a traditional unscented vaseline. It does moisturize your lips though.Gorgeous

I like this tube for a more convenient on-the-go version of the original 8-Hour. It's super hydrating. The only problem is, the product is VERY soft and I've lost a couple of tubes from being in my handbag on hot days, or from pressing too hard while applying in a rush. The 8 hour series in the Elizabeth Arden range has won many accolades. The lip treatment does not disappoint. Known for its moisturising properties, it makes your lips soft and most importantly reduces fine lines on the lips. A must try product.Soft
After application of this, your lips feel so soft and shiny but for me, it didn't last long. Your lips are still soft after 10 minutes but there is no shine. I prefer a lipgloss that stays on for hours even after coffee.
