After 5 years my last cloud 9 touch died. i jumped straight on to purchase another as i know value for money with this.
I have blonde hair so knowing this straightener is kind to my hair and doesnt fry it like other cheap ones. Not having any stress f you forget to turn it off as it stops heating after not using.
